Shipping Policy
We offer delivery of our products throughout Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping costs are $11.99 for all orders made in Canada. This rate is applicable to all regions and covers shipping and handling costs.
We offer free shipping for orders with a total value equal to or greater than $60. Once your basket reaches this amount, delivery will be automatically free when validating your order!
Return policy
No refunds are possible at this time. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us by email at info@cafebalade.ca or via our "Contact" section within 10 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to solve the problem.
We regret to inform you that no returns are possible at this time. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
